The International Cloud Computing Awards Program announced the finalists for their 2023-2024 Cloud Awards program in a diverse array of categories, and Talent Select AI has made the shortlist in the category “Cloud Disruptor of the Year.”
The Cloud Disruptor of the Year award will go to the organization that actively demonstrated how their cloud service offering or project has dramatically altered the professional landscape of their industry.
“It’s an honor to be included on the shortlist for Cloud Disruptor of the Year, and a testament to our groundbreaking technology,” says Talent Select AI Chief Technology Officer Will Rose.
A few characteristics of a cloud disruptor include introducing groundbreaking ideas and technologies that “shake up” the status quo and bring a fresh perspective to solving cloud-related problems, challenging established players, driving innovation, transforming industries, understanding the industry's pain points, and prioritizing customer needs.
Talent Select AI captures predictive candidate assessment data right from the job interview transcript, eliminating the need for traditional personality, competency and motivational hiring assessments while also facilitating more unbiased, data-driven hiring decisions.

A judging panel of international industry experts will select the Cloud Award winners. The program will announce finalists on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023, and winners on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024.
